Return Policy
Pyor offers you the right to return your order or parts of your purchase within 14 days after having received the order to be eligible for a refund, when you have purchased an order from pyorboats.com. The product that is returned must be in the same condition with the original packaging as when received. If the product or the original packaging that is returned is not in the same condition and/or has been damaged as a result of a customary examination of the item upon receipt, we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting reduction in value.
Note that the right of returns does not apply to products that have been manufactured according to the customer's specific wishes.
To make an exchange or a return, you must inform us of this by filling in the information under the standard form found on "contact us".
If you wish to exchange for a different product, you must first return the product for a full refund. You can then place a new order for the correct product. If you have chosen to pay for your order against an invoice and you return the entire order, your invoice will be cancelled. If you choose to return parts of your order, you will receive an updated invoice. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund the amount for the products you chose to return as soon as possible. Please note that products purchased through our website cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our local stores or retailers. You are responsible for the shipping cost. If the return is sent from a country outside the EU, additional costs or customs fees may be added, which you as a customer will be asked to pay.
